Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone became the hot topic of discussion after a viral tweet claimed ‘everything is not okay’ between the couple. This tweet, done from an unverified account gained momentum after several media outlets reported about the actor’s alleged separation. Amidst this, Ranveer recently took to his Instagram handle to pen a tribute for US rapper Coolio, who died yesterday. The popular rapper passed away on Wednesday at a friend's house in Los Angeles.

Singh took to his Instagram handle to pay his last respects to the rapper. He shared a photo of Coolio and added a red heart and a folded hand emoji. The actor also turned off the replies to his Story. Coolio’s manager told the Hollywood Reporter, "He went to use the bathroom and never came out. The cause of death is not known yet. Coolio shot to fame with three of his albums namely ‘It Takes a Thief’ (1994), Gangsta's Paradise (1995) and My Soul (1997). Post this he went on to deliver many popular numbers. Meanwhile, the Simmba actor’s post comes a day after some reports hinted at trouble in Ranveer and Deepika’s marriage. It all started after a user tweeted, “BREAKING ! Everything is not OK between #DeepikaPadukone & #RanveerSingh !!!” However, a source close to the actors dismissed all split rumours calling them ‘fake and baseless.’ 

At a recent event, the actor sort of confirmed he and Deepika might team up again on the big screen. Speculations are rife that both will be seen together in 'Brahmastra 2' directed by Ayan Mukerji.
